Vieques: An Island Forging Futures is an award-winning film that demonstrates part of the peaceful resistance movement against the U.S. Navy bombing practices on the island of Vieques, a sister Island of Puerto Rico after two 500-pound bombs negligently killed David Sanes, a Viequense civilian employee, on April 19th, 1999.
