In 2023, Cane Bay Films’ Workforce Training and Economic Development Film Industry Program (CBF-WTEDFIP) was proudly launched, on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Its inaugural workforce program brought together nationally recognized Independent-Hollywood film instructors from Los Angeles, Puerto Rico, and New York.
