That’s a wrap!

The Cane Bay Films LLC’s Film Industry Workforce Training Program™© successfully concluded in early November 2023 and we are honored to have hosted such incredible Hollywood film talent and enthusiastic local learners.

For the first time in St. Croix, film industry experts were brought in house to teach multiple industry disciplines to Virgin Islanders. The Film Industry Workforce Training Program™© was a unique opportunity to gather these two different groups of talent for several weeks of intensive learning, sharing and growing.

The Film Industry Workforce Training Program™© was founded by Johanna Bermúdez-Ruiz, a local award-winning director, with the aim to equip the Virgin Islands workforce with professional skills to prepare them for long-term employment in the U.S. and global film industry.
